Strobe Question

Looking at getting a strobe for my Bonica Sea King II, however the Bonica Neon Strobe runs about $170 while the Ikelite Substrobe AQ/S runs about $120 (Leisure Pro). Does anyone know if the Ikelite model will work with it or should I just get the Bonica one? Is one better than the other?
