Strobe help: which converter for old Subtronic Nova?

I am looking at the old subrtonic masterpieces, amongst them the Nova. Can it work efficiently with modern fiber-optical TTL & Manual triggering?

Is it a problem, if the unit has a built-in dslr ttl-system (nikon), which I wouldn't use, because I have an RX100IV?

Any recommendation, which converter to choose? Heinrich Weikamp doesn't list any rx100 on its compatibility list...
