Ok... question. I have a drysuit that I really like. Once it's on it dives like a wetsuit. My issue is it's a little tight in the shoulders and I have a hard time reaching my valves. Since it's a neo drysuit... is there any way to "stretch" this out at all? Weights or something? I don't want to damage the suit, but a 1/2" or even 1/4" would help alot.

The suit fits great without thick undies, but with thick undies its tight, but mostly just in the shoulders.

Also, anyone figured a way to solo zip up a back zip brass zipper? I'm so worried that I'll damage it, but it really sucks when I want to go diving and the one thing holding me back for a quick solo dive is a stupid zipper.

With the weather getting warmer I want to be able to leave work and just go jump in.....but I might be the guy showing up to dive in his suit, lol. I can get it off by myself pretty easy.

Just looking to see other experiences, thanks!!!

Coat the inside of the suit (especially the glued seams) with baby powder.

Connect a hook or boltsnap into the loop on your zipper. Connect other end to your car or fencepost etc and twist into zipping the suit. Note that this will shorten the life of the zipper.

We talked about this Rob, get a wetsuit! :rofl3: Of course you'd need to spend most of your time above 30' in the quarry though. :( OK, now back to our regularly scheduled program.

I do this, it helps. It also helps when the suits all the way on to inflate it a good bit and squat to get everything positioned right...

....covid has not helped. There's at least a few lbs that weren't there before:)

LOL... I thought you were on vacation?!?

Wetsuit?!?....this time of year or any other time is unacceptable:) It's 42 below 25' no matter what!!
