Okey here you are complaining about no dive buddies there and then you act like this and blow off two potential buddies over something you read on Scubaboard a week ago? :shakehead

If you keep up this attitude you nobody will dive with you...

I think you should take a step back or two and get back to reality here.... You are all over the boards with learning how to internet dive but what do you do with the information the kind people share with you? You should chat with those guys and say "Hey check out this gas management paper I found on Scubaboard..." and go from there.

Kelowna is in British Columbia, Canada.
It's a very nice town where people treat each other in a different way, more open and freindly, than in many large citys south of our border.
His approach would seem very normal there...
You can walk downtown in Kelowna at night without having to carry a 38.

You can't imagine how many people come talk to me out of the blue because of ONE T-Shirt On the back it says, "Got Meth?" it is from a band called Crystal Method, but to see the faces on people before they see the front of the shirt.

and your Hubby woud be correct, it is weird to have random strangers run up to talk to you.
