To opt back in to receive ScubaBoard mailings please go to http://www.scubaboard.com/profile.php?do=editoptions and check the box "Receive Newsletters & Thread Alerts via Email".

If you wish to receive the newsletter you will also need to set the option "Newsletter" to yes.
HELP!!! I tried to stop the daily email postings of threads but following your instructions does not help! I continue to get daily emails. How to stop these please!

Use this link to see what kind of subscription you have:
http://www.scubaboard.com/subscription.php?

You can then reset it to no notification...

Your other settings seem to be OK.
It says daily on the notifications. I have several times put "no email notifications", and that is what it does say when I go to email optout but I still get them! There is no place to make a change that I can see on the link you mentioned. It just shows my threads and says daily on them. Can't seem to make that daily thing go away!!!!

Go to your User CP --> Edit Options --> Under 'Default Thread Subscription Mode' select No email notification or Do not subscribe. This will fix it for future threads. The ones you've already subscribed to may need to be unsubscribed individualy.

To do that go to User CP --> under each thread you don't want notification of, click the 'Unsubscribe' link under each thread. Yes, this is tedious, but you generally only have to do it with the threads that are recently active, as dead threads that aren't being posted to will not generate a notification.

Poor Webad is getting MOF/NMOF email notifications. :D

No, strangely enough all my MOF threads say NONE. I just do not see the unsubscribe thingy of which Snowbear speaks. Its pick and post, and word association.... and another I can't recall. Just three but they are a pain. HA HA.

At the bottom of the subscriptions page you should be able to see a dropdown list (see pic). Select all threads you want to get rid off, choose the desired option and press [Go].

It's easy. :)
