Another ScubaBoard user has appropriated my avatar and is also using it, apparently just to irritate me, if the PMs we exchanged are meaningful. He has no intention of changing it away from my avatar.

He has been successful, I am now irritated.

What can be done about this? It is a breach of internet protocol, and since it was done probably maliciously, I would request he be admonished and forced to change to a non duplicative avatar. Perhaps a pile of dog poop.

It would help to know who,

I'll play along.

As far as I know avatars are public property.

Imitation is the greatest form of flattery.

It would rather seem to violate the "be nice" policy.

I had noticed it was replicated a few days ago. And it caused confusion on my part as to whose post I was reading.
