I'm not privy to the bigger picture so I can't say anything conclusive beyond 2013 but I know that it has been discontinued for this year.
Although by mentioning it here we may get a few dive shops to pipe in and let us know if they have a few on their shelves still.

The Ripcord system on the Stiletto LTD is 24lbs, but it also had a set of 20lb capacity rear trim weights. I've attached the data sheet to this post that has all the features of the Stiletto LTD if you want to check it out.
