Steel HP117s wihh h valves

I have four steel hp 117s three with h valves one with single valve yoke den convertible these tanks have CE numbers not DOT numbers anyone have any interest in these tanks give me a shout

2 have born on date 1999 and 2 have 2004 all have hydro stamps 2009

Interested in the tanks but need a little more info- Manufacturer? The only ones i can find are Faber. Do they have the white paint?
