I have been looking at steel cylinders from many different sales outlets and several of the online stores. There seems to be a big discrepency between what the sales people are telling me and other publication sources say regarding bouyancy characteristics. Which is correct?
divers supply - faber 95 is -4.4 lbs full +2.4 lbs empty
dive sales - faber 95 is -4.4 lbs full +2.4 lbs empty
discount divers -faber 95 is -4.4 lbs full +2.4 lbs empty
both of the following web sites list the faber tanks as -8.5 lbs full and -1.2 lbs empty.

I though that all steel cylinders were negativly bouyant when empty. Which is correct?
