Wayne Green of Thousand Island Pleasure Diving has received written permission from the US Coast Guard to take charters out to the wreck. There are several stipulations such as not diving the stern. If you contact him he can give you more information. There may be more charter companies getting permisson in the future but for now Wayne is your ticket. I had the pleasure of diving the Jodrey off Wayne's boat on Monday. We were the first charter out in 2 years. The line out to the wreck only goes part way now. A new one will have to be run out. The current was very strong and the visibility wasn't the best. The temp was 52 on the bottom.

Hope this helps.
