All,
Should I use a standard hogarthian single Web harness for doubles? With the extra weight is it advisable to get a harness with shoulder padding? Thanks.

Standard harness, 5 D-rings, no padding. (My favorite webbing is the stuff Halcyon sells).

shouldn't be. I was diving double HP120's in a 5mm on a 1 piece harness last week. They get heavy, but it's over 100lbs, so that should be obvious. No need to put pads on unless you're diving double 80's without any exposure protection imho

Start with the bare bones and only add what you determine you need. The chances are you won't need anything but the bare bones....

In drysuit, you definitely don't need padding. You will feel the weight no matter what, but with any undergarment, padding vs no padding won't make much difference. How often you will be in drysuit, carrying double but not in water? I hope not too often. Drysuit is tough, a bit of weight won't hurt it.

I was out yesterday with 120cf doubles.

Yes however you should allow plenty of time and patience to get it set up properly. It may take an hour or two to get it all assembled and fitted if you've never done it before.

I would suggest that you dive without padding first and determine whether you think it is necessary.
