I like Apex XTX 100
Perhaps a bit overkill (price wise) for a stage reg? The Apeks XTX FST (XTX 100 first stage) offers no hose routing advantage over the Apeks DS4 (DS4 is actually much better in this regard, imho).
Many will advocate using a simple piston first stage (such as Scubapro MK2/MK2 Plus or Aqua Lung Calypso) with gas with very high oxygen content (or pure oxygen) but I've used the Apeks DS4 without any problems so far. All of my stage/deco regs are DS4s.
aqua lung O2 calypso. standard piston reg, breathes fine at those depths, always easy to find parts, easy to maintain, lifetime warranty, cheap set up, and comes O2 ready out of the box (no extra work for you). Should be $350 or less from your LDS
