Four of us were in St. Lucia a few years ago.
I didn`t like the looks of the dive shop that the hotel was setting us up with. Seemed like cattle boats. We found a wonderful place in Souffriere, called Action Adventures.
Two of us are divers, two not. The divers were off the boat first, with our d.m. Chester Nathaniel, while the snorkelers were taken nearby.
We had a wonderful week with Chester, and "Shreck". (I gave him that nickname due to his size 13 ft. and no ankles. (Lucky for him shoes are not necessary in the island!)
His leggs were from numerous trips up the Pitons.
After our afternoon dive, we went into town, where Shreck introduced us to many relatives, purchased some refreshments, and hopped back on the boat to view my first green flash!:
Chester and crew were very accomodating with our dives and schedule for the week. All of us had a great time .
Also, St Lucia has some of the loveliest people ever. Spend some time with them. They love to laugh, and have some endearing terms.

Thanks for the reply - never would have found Action Adventures w/o your help
They are not listed on any web searches I have done!

Way to go scubaboard - Looks like a couple of hard core dive guys - will be sure to check them out.:D Cat:cold:

Where are you staying? If staying in the Castries - Rodney Bay area - look into Frogs Diving.
Tommy does not run a cattle boat and he is very accommodating to requests (his posted schedule is at best tentative).
