hey has anyone of done any diving here? I wanted to do some diving on a barge called the Barrier Dunes Barge like a mile off the beach and dive the old Cape San Blas lighthouse.

I thought about doing it the weekend of the 7th

I hear its ok, lots of wrecks in that area. Id like to dive on the Vamar sometime. Lemme know if your going to go, and Ill join you. Sea horse water safaris is supposed to be a good charter for that area.

How long can you hold your breath because I only freedive. I would have saidsomething on my post but I notice alot of people ignore my posts if I say I'm just a freediver sorry

Hmm, well if you plan on taking a boat charter, Im happy to dive solo anyway. Im happy just to meet people local. How come you dont SCUBA?

I kind got bored with scuba. I enjoy the challenge and spearfishing is alot fun when you freedive!!!

I'm planning on paddling out on my sit-on-top to do some diving and spearing in September for about a week

I'm not really local though I live about 60 miles north of Atlanta so it will be about 7 hour drive for me!

what's the water and air temp like in September?
