St. Croix Resorts: Divi vs Cheney Bay?

I'm looking for a nice beach with well appointed oceanview room. If You have visited either or both locations (Divi Carina Bay Beach or Cheney Bay Beach Resort, please let me know what you think of the resorts and the diving around St. Croix (coral condition?).

Have not stayed at either one but make sure you snorkel/dive out in front of the casino on the island! Little bit of a swim to the reef but coral reef is very very nice with lots of fish and turtles.
