I've seen the PADI wheel, the NASDS wheel, etc. This seems to be something else...

There's a very small picture of this in the SSI "Deep Diving" specialty book, as a dive planning aid. Looks like it is larger than the PADI/NASDS devices, and has a printed checklist and some air/duration/SAC calculations?

Anyone ever seen one of these gizmos? The Google, it knows nothing...

I'm writing an Excel spreadsheet for calc'ing dive times at various depths, given various SAC rates, etc. and seeing one of these might provide some additional ideas on what should be on my spreadsheet.
