Anyone have any ideas on the "best" way to mount/hook/attach a Spyderco Salt H2 to a BPW?

Pictures would be nice...
 
Maybe under a Velcro strap like the trilobites on a shoulder
 
I made a small pocket on my sleeve and use a bungee. They are too expensive to accidentally drop.

Hmm...mine has the clip. I guess that I could unscrew that and use the hole.
 
Rescue, not Salt ...
Paracord wrist-lanyard w/ boltsnap. [ETA: I was able to get the paracord through the hole with the clip attached.]
Stowed under otherwise-unused right-shoulder bc-hose epulet.
