Where is a good place to purchase spring straps for SP fins. Everywhere I looked they wanted around $60 a pair.

If you want the rubber pad over the spring and the pull ring, you can check out LeisurePro. Do a search for "spring strap" and you will find many options. Prices range from $27 and up.

I found the straps and price I liked at LP. I called the boys at Scubatoys and they matched the price. $27 for springs is tough to beat. I have about 100 dives on mine and I love them.
