Hey all,
I tried searching but can't find anything on making your own spring heels. I thought I saw a post a long time ago. Does anyone have a link to a good how too? I can wing it and come up with something, but it's always easier to go by someone elses stuff.
Thanks
Greg

ditto on the good thread. Made mine about 7 months ago and love em on my Volos. Bought some for my Jets as they are a bit more complicated to make. I used S hooks instead of the shackles. Very easy and quick. Make sure you use SS.

oops, sorry.
Post type for now. I'm getting Jet Fins next month.
thanks
Greg

great threads, I wonder why I couldn't find them doing a search......
thanks

and you call em heels?

If you look you should be able to find the links to a site that has good info on making them for Jet fins.

bingo, Heels, Straps. It's all good.........
makes sense now.

Anyone heard of Typhoon fins? They look exactly like Jet fins, but are made of a bit stiffer material. I had a pair given to me, but have never seen them before.
