hmm, first the "manual" comes with the brand specific training for whichever CCR you decide to buy. You say occasionally you might dive to 100 feet, this makes me feel you're not that comfortable in diving "yet"(?). Why do you want to go with a CCR? You want to do 5 or 6 hour long dives? They just look cool? You're a photographer and want to get closer to the life? Tell us a little more about your diving...

wHy arE ThEy A DRaG ?

Have To Keep Surfacing For More Tanks..........

Take more tanks with you. Works great. I generally take 3 or 4 when I need to do longer dives.

I've only got a few hours on CCR, but I can tell you that in that time I leaned emphatically why you should get the best training you can before attempting to dive on CCR. This is nothing to fool with. Seriously.

Buy Jeff Bonzanics book "Mastering Rebreathers" then take Perrone's advice. My other suggestion is pose this and your other rebreather questions on Rebreather World - Rebreathers for Scuba Diving - the next step There is a lot of mis-information concerning RBs and those who frequent that forum actually dive RBs and will answer the questions sensibly instead of trying to talk you out of it:shakehead:

When You Exhale The Loop Is The Same As Existing Ccr Units , To The Scrubber And A Line To The Re-turn Loop...........
Seems Like It Would Take A Bunch Of Silnoyds Or A Vacuum Pump To Do This Thing...
But It Would Eliminate The Lung Bags, ?

What problem are you addressing with this syetm? Seems like a lot of hardware to eliminate flexible breathing loop.
