For several years, our shop has frequented a local establishment, and as is our tradition, we have placed our shop stickers around the place. For about the last year, there has been a problem of somebody repeatedly tearing down our shop stickers, and the problem had grown to the point that the owner was asking us for help replacing them - just to make a point.
Tonight I caught an instructor from a competing shop tearing down one of our stickers in the mens restroom. He not only left the restroom practically in a panic, but he and his party had cleared out of the resturaunt by the time I returned from the restroom.
Needless to say I was extremely disappointed to discover that the ones defacing the resturaunt were other local divers. I guess they saw this as a form of competition?
