You can try Drew Mcarthur at Divetech, he has worked in Costa Rica and knows reasonable Spanish.
 
Thanks - I have also discovered that they have Spanish speaking instructors at Ambassadors, Sunset & Don Fosters.
 
Haha. Misread post when I first read it the other day and even today. I thought you were looking for an instructor to teach Spanish. :facepalm:
