Hi,

I recently purchased a used Scubapro X-Tek Sport Tek BC, without a backplate. I'm trying to decide whether I should resell it or use it myself.

From what I can tell, it's an older model and I'm having no luck at all finding information about it. Would you happen to have a manual for it? I would also be interested in seeing a sizing chart, and options for adding harnesses and backplates. Would it require an STA to use it for single-tank diving with a backplate?

The Sport Tek, manufactured in 2000, was not designed for use with a backplate or twin tanks. As delivered, a single tank became the support and structure of the bc. No manuals are available for this Harness/Aircell system.

Thanks Jules. Any chance you might know where I could find a sizing chart for it, or if there is another xtek model with which its sizing would be equivalent?

I did some searching in the archives and could not find a sizing chart for the Sport Tek.
