Any old Pilot kits laying around?:D

I've never serviced a "real" Pilot so pardon the question. Other than o-rings, what requires replacing when servicing a Pilot?

I believe so but not 100% sure. I have an annotated pilot drawing, there’s a couple O-rings with SP part numbers that I don’t know what they are.

Is it the drawing I linked to in post #32? I thought I labeled all of the o-rings (except a hose seal.) Which one are you missing a number for?
 
Item 55 which has a different SP part number than the others you annotated with -010’s
 
Item #55 is a SP -134 which is a -010. The reason the part number is different is because it is a different material (silicone.) Edit: The original would have been orange in color.

Does it need to be silicone? And 132 is also a -010?
 
I don't see why is must be silicone, EP and Viton were not popular back then. But silicone o-rings are not hard to come by. Again, I don't have a Pilot, but if the applications requires a harder or softer seal you'll have to take that into consideration.

Yes, a -132 is also a -010 (currently an EP 70)
