I need to reset the IP on my reg, but it is environmentally sealed with silicone oil so I need to find a source for regulator grade silicone oil. Anyone know a good source online?

Mike

You might try DOT 5 silicone brake fluid. Being it is not on the air side of the regulator and it is compatible with the rubber parts of the brake system I don't see a problem.

......a couple years ago I installed a silicone oil environmental kit on my Mares Ruby, so perhaps you can obtain the oil from a Mares dealer ?

I'm looking for chrysto lube for my save a dive kit and saw silicone oil over at this site. Seems they have Mares silicone oil for $3.

Good luck. Also, you might look at chemical supply co's. They prolly sell it by the gallon.
