Anyone aware of a good source for o-rings for a Canon housing? Specifically, I'm looking for for a spare for my WP-DC31 housing (fits the SD780 IS). Thanks

Call Canon themselves..When I was thinking of getting an extra for my 570 Canon housing, I think I remember them having the best prices.......

Here's what I got when I inquired to Canon about them:

For the price and availability of parts for your camera case, please
contact the Jamesburg Factory Service Center below and select the
appropriate prompts for ordering parts.

Canon Factory Service
100 Jamesburg Road
Jamesburg, NJ 08831
Tel.# (732)521-7230

I called Canon's Parts Center just now to ask how much my G10's housing's o-ring would be. With shipping and tax, mine will cost $20. Kind of steep. Who else sells them?

Ryan at Reef has them for $25 each plus shipping. San Diego Camera solutions has them for about the same price. Your best bet is your LCS who can get them for you and you won't pay shipping probably and you give your local camera guy some business.

If you're willing to experiment with a non-factory o-ring places like Grainger and McMasterCarr have generic o-rings in about every size, and material you can imagine. As long as you could figure out what size they would be if circular you should be able to find one to fit. I bought a pack of 5 silicone o-rings for my custom video housing for $9. They seem to be high quality, but I don't know how long they will last yet.

We buy lots of stuff from McMaster, including lots of o-rings but for a camera spending $20 every three years seems like an incredible risk.

I appreciate everyone's suggestions and comments.
Just a follow up.....
Total shipped price from Canon (Jamestown) was $20.33. This was the lowest price I found.
