Source for adhesive backed velcro "hook" disc

I attach my optical sync to the camera housing with a velcro hook style disc. One on the camera housing, on on a connector on the optical cable.

I've lost the piece that sits on the optical cable and need to find more. They are about 3/4" in diameter and clear in color.

Can someone give me a pointer, please?

They're called coins or velcoins.
