I don't think it will work. There is a raised area surrounding the power and release buttons on the P-150 which is not the same on the P-200. Also some of the body details are different. No U/W housing is listed on the Sony Website. The buttons while similar and with the functions in the same layout are still different. Was there an U/W housing for the P-150?
The P-10 / P-100 might be a good alternative. Maybe even cheap enough that you coud u a pair and have a spare.

The P-150 uses a MPK-PHB housing.
