Somewhere Else Like Utila?

My boyfriend and I spent a week and a half in Utila in March and absolutely loved it. The food was fantastic, the accommodations were cheap, the people were friendly, and most importantly the diving was awesome. Now, we're trying to plan a two week trip somewhere else in August and were just wondering if anyone has come across another diving spot where the diving is really great and the above also applies (cheap accommodations, good food, nice people, etcetera). Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

It's going to be hard to beat the Bay Islands for price, but we are looking into Dominica in the fall (not Dominican Republic). From all accounts, the island is beautiful topside and diving is also supposed to be wonderful.

If you can get cheap airfare, go to Indonesia or Thailand. I've been to Thailand, and the diving in the Similians was amazing. August is the shoulder season, so liveaboards should be dirt cheap (assuming you book it after you arrive in Phuket). Never been to Indonesia, but have heard the diving is fabulous, people are great, food is amazing, and everything is cheap.
