Ok here it comes,
6 or 7 months ago.I had a customer comming in with a question,
He had a older Probe BC,he lost one of his weight pockets,heck no big deal.
So i sent a PM to Doug Krause,just to ask if they where still available.
Well yes he said number ******** will get you the pockets.So I mailed to our local European rep.,with these numbers,should be no problem.:no
After a couple of DAY'S a got the answer...........
Sorry out of production,not availible anymore.
This went on for a couple of months emailing,talking to our Local sales rep. but no way.:no
Now I shouls 1st explain;we have a wholesale rep. in Germany and a sales rep in Belgium.
Today I spoke with our local rep. again and he ASKED me to to contact Oceanic thru Doug Krause.
So I did,I got a almost direct return PM from Doug,to contact the international sales manager

and get this resolved.
Well long story short,this international sales manager contacted me within the hour and just resolved the problem.
