It's io in caps. It's the name of one of the Galilean moons of Jupiter. When shown in Netflix ads it was confusing to me too because sometimes it was spelled "1O." I think they were using "1" as a capital "I."
I too am totally un-cool but somehow managed to get Netflix which may be the cheapest source of unadulterated, commercial-free movies, assuming you already have good WiFi. The trouble is that I usually have to start watching four or five movies before I find one that's what I consider to be watchable. I did sit through the entire IO.
