Nothing really new here....
1. Divers carrying no flag, or other flotation devices that have no standing as far as protection from boat traffic. Nothing more than debris in the water.

2. Too many wrung heads littering the bottom of the reef. Of course the fish love them, I'm just not sure why divers do this. Maybe leaving them out for grouper, then lay in wait?

3. Boats with inadequate dive flags. I'm speaking of the 12" flag variety stuck in a gunnel rod holder gun and barely visible .

4. Dive boats string divers out divers along the reef for almost a mile. How do they keep an eye out for them?

5. This year all of the private vessels were very good at spreading out, allowing plenty of room

yes, yearly lobster mini-season observations as usual.
