So I was checking to see if anyone has any suggestions on which Fisheye lens I should get. I'm looking at 2 different ones.

Canon Fisheye EF 15mm f/2.8 Autofocus Lens
or
Sigma Fisheye 15mm f/2.8 EX DG Diagonal Fisheye Autofocus Lens for Canon EOS

The sigma is a little cheaper. Which one of them AFs better in low light conditions?

Any info or suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanx

I have the Sigma FE and it works very well. It focuses quickly and has sharp corners. It is a hard lens to use since you need BIG subjects, but when you have a good subject WOW. I have not used the Canon Fisheye, but I have heard that the two lenses are nearly identical in performance and build quality.

Here are a couple examples

Posting here to remind myself to come back in a week or so. I'm also shooting a 5D, with the Canon 15mm, and heading for the Philippines for *crosses fingers to avoid jinx* whalesharks tomorrow night, staying until next weekend.

I'll let you know how it pans out, and post some pics for you to compare with the Sigma.
