These are nice fins, super powerful, good for all kicking styles, but they're a little heavy for my SM configuration. They've been in the ocean about 5 times, in the pool maybe another 5 times. I actually forgot I had these as they've been sitting in my garage for two years.
Size "regular" - For reference, I wear a size 11 shoe, wearing 5mm neoprene booties I also wear a size L in Diverite fins, size XL slipstreams.
