Hi,

Im currently using a Suunto D6 with Macdive. It`s a great software, and really happy with it. Though im looking at a new computer - Uwatec 2G, due to its better readability, larger display and the fact that I can get it bungie mount :D

The thing is, that Macdive do not support Tec 2G, but I found a software that does: J-Track

But J-Track do not support D6. Is it possible to transfer logs from Macdive into J-Track?
If not, is there a software out there for OS X wich support both D6 and 2G?

Regards

You can convert JTrak data and import to MacDive. However, it is not easy. It requires exporting the JTrak data to an MS Excel file format. This is easily done within the JTrak menu. The next step is the most diffilcult. You have to convert this to a UDF file format. This is accomplished through a third party program. It requires a basic understanding of MAC OS Terminal utility. Once converted the data can be easily imported into MacDive. I would recommend visiting the MacDive Forum. The developer was working with a friend (who lives in Holland) on developing a simpler conversion program. I acquired a file conversion program, but it is for an earlier version of MacDive. Good luck.
