Can anyone give me some info about the diving from Sodwana Bay please ? Marine life, sea temps, topography etc... Also what's going on there top-side ??

Do a goggle search on sodwana and then check out the SA pages on goggle.Also a number of SB members have been to Sawdies recently, search on SB for Sodwana as well.
There are numerous pages on all the info you require. A number of reputable operators run out of Sodwana and Coral Divers actually have a concession inside the reserve.
Lots of topside activities (including drinking!!!) are available and can be organised e.g. Lake Sabiya trips etc etc.

www.coraldivers.co.za. its an amazing place, i did my Padi open water cert with them 2 years ago. the website contains lots of info about the reefs and area.
