i know that so hp120 is 120cf at 3500 psi but if i filled them to 2500psi what would they hold ? if i fill to 3000psi what would it hold ?

120 x (fill pressure/rated pressure) = fill volume

120 x (2500/3500) = fill volume

120 x .71 = 85.7

120 x (3000/3500) = fill volume

120 x .86 = 102.8

Thank you, awap :)

That is if course assuming the gas acts under Ideal conditions. In reality you will get a different capacity due to IM forces and the volume of atoms..... Sorry, nerded out there. You are safe using the formula above for the gasses and pressures used in SCUBA diving. (In general).
