Has anyone come across the issue in which SmartTrak will not pull? When attempting to open the program/app a pop up appears stating
"UWATEC SmartTRAK 2.0.8.1 has stopped working.
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."
I have uninstalled the program and reinstalled it. That did not work. I repeated the process and installed it as the administrator. That also, did not work. I contacted ScubaPro and they were unable to resolve the issue. I have contacted my IT people here and they too cannot solve the problem.
Prior to this, the program has been operating fine with no issues. My operating system is Windows 10.
If you have come across this issue, what did you do to resolve it?
