Some small stuff from last week. I am off island so no pics for a few weeks and I figured I would post the last few I took. I only posted one splendid toadfish photo , but if you like splendid toadfish we dove Tunich around 4pm and probably saw a dozen. Current was pretty mild that day, doubt we would have seen them if we were flying by.

Nudibranchs (All nudi spotting done by Fernando at Pelagic Ventures—must be nice to be in that sweet spot where you have a lot of dives but also still have good eyes for small stuff).

Banded Coral Shrimp (yes I know part of claw cut off, have a hard time getting large camera into spaces where these shrimp live ). I liked the crisp detail on this image , but not sure if it will make it through on SB

Great pics. Thanks for sharing. A few years ago, I dove with a woman who seemed to find splendid toadfish under almost every rock. Never seen them anywhere else.

A few other shots from the week (don’t think I have posted before , having to just pull off phone so dates aren’t really organized in normal way like on my computer )

A dozen....WOW!! I have never seen more than 1 at a time, and they were always hiding in their hidey-hole. I've seen the gorgeous whole fish only a couple times as well. Lucky you! Thanks for sharing your pics.

Nice pics cozcharlie! If I were closer to the ocean, I would be very tempted to combine my interests in SCUBA and photography!
