Small operator on Guam? (i.e., not MDA, GTDS)

Can anyone recommend an operator on Guam that offers more personalized service than MDA or GTDS? I've been to Guam a number of times and have gone diving with both of the "big guys" and while I'm totally cool with that style, I'll be bringing along my 60 year old mother who dives very well, but prefers a smaller, more personalized environment. (We had a pretty bad "cattle boat" experience on a liveaboard in Australia a couple of years back...)

Any suggestions?
