Hi,

Can you help me with guy?

Ishigaki island (southern islands of Japan, not far from Taiwan)
April 23 10am
water was about 24 degrees, maybe 8-12 meters depth or so...
I'd say he was about 8 maybe 10cm long.....
he was alone and I didn't see any others like him.

Freckled Hawkfish (Paracirrhites forsteri).These guys usually come in various shades of dull brown with some yellow - yours is a colour variation.
