you have posted this in the wrong place for answers.... Palau is not part of Asia, it is considered a Pacific Island. There is a Forum there with lots of discussion about Palau.
I have done a liveaboard in Palau, though not that one, and it was some of the most amazing diving anywhere on the planet. Just my opinion. Do it, you won't be sorry!
