Would it be possible for someone to put a sticky up that would act like
a FAQ/Glossery that would cover some of the many acronyms that are used
on this board?

Ex: MOF/NMOF = Mask on Forehead/No Mask on Forehead
FSW = (I have no idea)

Thanks,

Jim

There was a post about support@scubaboard.com being down temporarily - now I can't even find the post.

To answer your questions:

The glossary is here:
http://www.scubaboard.com/cms/article8.html

fsw - feet of sea water; used to indicate either an actual depth, or just a pressure equal to that depth (e.g., in a hyperbaric chamber).

Thanks for the link. However, I never would have found it without the direct link that you provided.

Actually I had initially posted a link to another scuba glossary not on the board, but entering glossary in the search box was able to find a reference to it in one of the posts. I didn't know it existed either until today.

Another one: [thread=39645]all these acronyms[/thread]
