Yes, I just came back from Sipadan-Kapalai resort. You can do three dives in Sipadan if you get enought people to do the 530AM dive. It's the best dive of the day with the bumpheads gathering and all the activity starting uw. After the first dive we got back to the resort for breakfast and came back for the two dives before lunch. You're then on your own for the rest of the day... buddy dives or rest.
