I emailed their sales dept on Sept 19th with a couple questions. Received an automated reply with ticket number but didn't hear back from a live human so I emailed a quick follow-up on Sept 27th, just in case it got lost in the shuffle. I can see the ticket status by going to their support terminal so I can confirm they got them and it isn't a matter of their responses accidentally getting filtered by my email provider as spam.

I ended up calling them Tues (Oct 7th) and left a message in their voicemail inbox but haven't received a callback either.

Deep 6 seems to have a pretty solid reputation on Scubaboard and I know they don't officially handle customer service here but I'm at a loss. Has anyone here had any success contacting them in the last month or so?

Just sent 2 reg sets in for service. No problem with the ticket, got a response, regs serviced and returned. This all started 2 Mondays ago.
However, I tried to respond to a message sent to me and it bounced back 2 days later as undeliverable. Tried one more time just to try as the original was not important, bounced again.
Regs are working great, by the way.
@LandonL , you may want to chime in.

@RIHappyDiver There was a email server issue last week. I have since resolved it. (IPv6 config problem).

Regardless of this though, we seem to have trouble with outlook email addresses (hotmail, outlook, etc).

They reject a lot of our replies and responses. Nothing I can do to resolve that as it seems to be a RBL issue with the subnet.

@PNWet I think I found your ticket and responded. Apologies, I thought I had called and spoken with you already.

If that was not your ticket, let me know your ticket number and I will have a look.

No worries! We haven't spoken over the phone yet but I did just receive your message to my ticket.

@PNWet Seems it just got lost in the shuffle. Glad we got you some answers!
