Has anyone seen or heard of a glow device that attaches to the tank that lights up while you are doing night dives? Looks like it goes on the valve in some way.
Thanks for your help!

Thanks Dave,
This thing is small and round and glows like a light stick only it doesn't die an early death. I didn't see it on the site you sent me to.

Glowsticks have a bit of a chemical cost and are use once only - there are now some fairly cool LED alternatives available eg the one halfway down this page http://www.divernet.com/bubbling/1105justsurfaced.shtml are apparently a multiuse alternative.

personally speaking I find constantly flashing strobe locators on a night dive really irritate me as its very distracting but thats me.

I agree. Flashing strobes are irritating and a distraction, unless you are lost at sea. Also, in Cozumel and Bonaire the Marine Park rules against the use of chem lumn sticks.

The glo-toob and the Aquatec led light stick work well, and both offer flashing or non-flashing versions.
