I heard good reviews about the Sigma 105 Telephoto lens, to use with oly E330.
Do you know what port I need for this lens for the Ikelite housing #6853.30?
regards

Do NOT buy the Sigma 105! Er...make that, I'll sell you mine cheap, with the port body.

No, really, this lens isn't very useful with the E-330. The 105 takes forever to find focus lock and is almost impossible to locate the subject. I would recommend the 50mm plus a 1.4 or 2.0TC instead. You can also use a SubSee 10X diopter with the 50mm - very bright and quick.

Still, if you want to buy a 105/port, I have them...

Thanks!
If I use a 1.4 or 2 TC on my 50mm lens do I need a different port?
I have seen your reports and pictures and you really love Cozumel.
Do you know if Is that a good place to find a job as diving instructor?
Would you recommed a place for multilingual instructor?
I speak 4 languages and looking for a job in the Caribbean.....

If you have the older port system - a different port for each lens - then you will need a different port when you use the TC with the 50mm. Ikelite part # 5505.45 for the 50+1.4TC.

If you have the newer, modular port system from Ikelite, you build the length you want.

Cozumel Instructor/DMs are nearly all Mexican nationals and almost all divers in Cozumel are English speaking Americans. Playa del Carmen (located on the mainland across from Cozumel) is more international, with German, Italian, and French visitors and dive guides. There are many, many dive operations in the Caribbean to apply to; best luck.
