Just wanted to give a positive shout out to Customer Service at Kraken Sports. I have a Kraken Sports Weefine 3000 Ring Light that I use for macro photography. At some point I misplaced the tool for loosening and lighting the light to the front of the lens. Very early this morning I sent an e-mail to Kraken Sports asking if they had replacements parts or if they could suggest an alternative. Within 2 hours I received an e-mail from them asking for my address. A couple of hours later I received a notice from them that my part was being sent via UPS and would arrive next week. There was no charge for the part. It's service like that that keeps me coming back to companies and using their products. Thanks again Kraken Sports.
