After using the disposable waterproof cameras, I'm looking to get into using digital to increase resolution/# of pictures , etc.
I've got a Canon S70 and I know I can get the WP-DC40 housing for it for about $170.
A Sealife DC800 costs about $400.
Any input on the pros and cons of these or other options is really appreciated.
The cameras will be used for shallow diving in the Keys and Florida Springs.

You can take really nice pics with the S70. Check Ed D_Man's website for samples. (You can probably access through his User CP or look up one of his posts) No knock on the Sea Life. You can take decent shots with it, but the S70 is superior.

Thanks. I checked Edvin's site. WOW! Gorgeous pictures. I think the housing for the S70 is not only the cheapest way to go, but the way to get the best pictures.
