This is a biased review, since I am the author of a new book about photography called "The Camera and the Brain". I came to photography via diving and underwater photography, so it has some underwater shots, and some thoughts which should be quite interesting for the underwater shooter.

The book follows a pair of photons, one going trough the lens of a human eye, and the other one trough the lens of a camera. Along their way, I explain some things about the science of seeing and photographing. It’s meant for the educated layman, but should be interesting for the photo pro, too. I’m quite excited about how it turned out.

Here it is! Within a few days it will be available on Amazon, too!
